GetSavvi Health only covers one type of specialist and this is gynecologists, and only during pregnancy. 

The cover level is limited to two consultations and ultrasound scans per pregnancy. 

This benefit may be used during any trimester of your choosing. 

A maximum of R 900 can be used per visit. Should the visit exceed our rate, the member will be liable for the shortfall. It is important to note that the member will need to pay the provider up front before claiming from the scheme. There is a nine-month waiting period before maternity benefits can be claimed.
