This benefit has a Customer Service hotline that’s available 24/7, 365 days a year to support members who have undergone a traumatic experience. We also offer optional face-to-face counselling and antiretroviral therapy (ART) and STD medication.
The aim of this is to reduce the high risk of HIV infection, assist members in managing their emotional distress and also help members cope with post-traumatic stress.
