GetSavvi Health members need to access a network of doctors that have accepted the GetSavvi Health terms and conditions and have signed agreement to our service levels. Doctors on the network may be either dispensing (has a licence to issue medication) or non-dispensing (unable to issue medication and would issue a prescription – subject to a formulary – for medication instead).
When a member consults a doctor, that doctor must be a member of our network so that there will be no shortfall in payment that the member will need to self-fund. Should the member, however, consult with a doctor outside of the GetSavvi Health network, they will be liable for the full cost of the consultation.
Monitored Doctors’ Visits
We offer unlimited doctors’ visits. However, members need to call us for authorisation after exceeding six visits per member in a benefit year.
