How long does it take for claims to pay out?


Claims are processed as soon as all documentation and receipts have been received for review. 


This can take between 5 and 14 days. For information on a specific claim you have made or if you have a claims query, please contact our claims team on 0861 48 48 78. 


How do I submit a claim?


On www.getsavvi.co.za, click on LOGIN and log in to your Client Zone, then click on "Submit a Claim". Or send your claim to claims@getsavvi.co.za 


  • Copy of proof of payment 
  • Copy of Principal Members ID 
  • Original or copy of claim received from the provider 
  • Copy of bank statement 
  • Reimbursement form


In the event of an Accident or Life-threatening Emergency make contact with Netcare 911 Emergency services on 082 911 in order to ensure Guarantee of payment is issued to the hospital for payment or treatment. Failure to contact Netcare 911 may result in you being turned away by the hospital or being required to pay cash for treatment.
